Florie is a yoga-instructor and yoga therapist. She focuses on one-on-one yoga therapy for muscular-skeletal issues, digestive health, immune and nervous system disorders and general wellbeing, often in close collaboration with mental health care professionals to ensure a client is both helped from the body as well as mind perspective. Florie offers individual sleep recovery sessions and group courses, both live and online.

Muna offers Sleep Recovery workshops and courses online and in person. Rosalind is based in North Cornwall and teaches Sleep Recovery courses online and in person. Rosalind also teaches Forrest Yoga, Yin, and mindful vinyasa flow classes. She is a keen long distance runner, surfer and cold swimmer and specialises in yoga for sports.
Rosie founded Rosieglo Yoga in Cheltenham, and teaches regular studio-based yoga classes, 1-1’s and virtual classes via Zoom. Her classes are generally based in vinyasa flow with a special interest in anatomy and functional movement to help find ease and strength.
