Eve facilitates Sleep Yoga workshops and Sleep Retreats (incorporating Sleep Recovery tools) and also uses the tools in her online therapy sessions when appropriate (sleep is often an issue for clients working with trauma, stress and anxiety).

Georgina is also a qualified occupational therapist. She is keen to work with anyone with a physical, neurological or mental health condition, where poor sleep is impacting their independence, function and quality of life, as well as carers and other health professionals.

She runs the 5 week Sleep Recovery course as well as one day workshops. She is a Seasonal Yoga teacher and Shiatsu practitioner and brings her expertise within these areas into her work.

Rosie founded Rosieglo Yoga in Cheltenham, and teaches regular studio-based yoga classes, 1-1’s and virtual classes via Zoom. Her classes are generally based in vinyasa flow with a special interest in anatomy and functional movement to help find ease and strength.
Rosie will soon qualify as a Thai Massage Therapist and applies this knowledge to her teaching.
